![]() ![]() After a few more listens since my first comment, I think my main issue with this song is that ultimately it doesn't feel as expressive as I expect a BUMP song to be. This particular song more feels like a hiccup brought on by their experimentation rather than a hard shift in their style, though we'll likely have to wait and see. It's lead them to create amazing pieces like Zero. I've long since accepted that I won't get the Yggdrassil + Orbital Period-era BUMP I was introduced to back, but I also do genuinely like seeing them experiment and adapt their style. Honestly BUMP as a whole still sounds nice - Hello World and Fighter were within the past year and a half and are both due to be on their next album and they're more in line with their Cosmonaut/RAY style.
